Terms of Service

By registering an account you certify that you are 18 years of age or older, and do hereby authorize Cor-Vet Concierge Mobile Veterinary veterinarians and technicians to examine your pet and administer treatment as is considered necessary for your pet's condition.

A treatment plan with care options will be discussed with you prior to any treatments.

You have read and agree to both the financial policy and any other policy hereto listed below.

Financial Policy

You acknowledge that payment is due in full before scheduling an appointment and that further costs may be accrued during the appointment.

You acknowledge that any appointment fees paid are non-refundable.
